Job Description
AP Vendor Relationship Analyst
Massillon OH

Your seat at the table
- Timely respond to vendor inquiries related to invoices payments and account information via emails or calls.
- Research and resolve vendor discrepancies related to invoices or payments using various systems.
- Draft and send clear concise and professional communication on behalf of the accounts payable team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all vendor interactions.
- Provide first-line support to internal departments regarding invoice processing payment inquiries and general accounts payable procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members to address any barriers to successful invoice processing or payment.
- Work with vendors to secure refunds or reimbursements as needed.
- Maintain a knowledge base of frequently asked questions (FAQs) to improve efficiency.
What you bring to the table
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of accounts payables principles.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Associates degree in accounting or business preferred or comparable experience.
- One years accounts payable experience in a high volume fast-paced environment.
