Demand Planner (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben
Analyse und Auswertung interner und externer Daten zur Absatzprognose
Erstellung operativer und strategischer Bedarfsprognosen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb Marketing und Supply Chain zur Verbesserung der Forecast-Genauigkeit
Einspeisung der Prognosen in Planungstools wie OMP/FLM und SAP
Monitoring und Reporting relevanter KPIs
Untersttzung des CDMs im monatlichen IBP-Prozess
Einbindung von Markt- Preis- und Trenddaten zur besseren Bedarfseinschtzung
Teilnahme an internen Abstimmungen und externem Kundendialog
Management von Ausnahmesituationen wie unvorhersehbarer Nachfrage
Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Prognosemethoden und Prozesse
Ihre Qualifikationen
Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
Berufserfahrung im Demand Planning Supply Chain oder Forecasting
Kenntnisse in SAP und BI Analysis erforderlich
Ausgeprgte analytische Fhigkeiten und Zahlenverstndnis
Kommunikationsstrke sowie Aufgeschlossenheit gegenber neuen Perspektiven Prozessen und Teams
Durchsetzungsvermgen hohe Eigeninitiative und sicheres Auftreten
Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse und systematische Arbeitsweise
Aufgeschlossen
Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsbergreifenden Teams und externen Kunden
Flieende Deutsch- sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
