Job Description
- Perform routine servicing and preventative maintenance on diesel vehicles and equipment
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on engines gearboxes hydraulics and electrical systems
- Ensure all work is completed to industry standards and within safety regulations
- Maintain accurate service records and job cards
- Respond to breakdowns and conduct field repairs when necessary
Requirements
- Red Seal Trade Certification as a Diesel Mechanic
- Minimum 3 years experience working with heavy-duty vehicles or industrial machinery
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver s license (Code 10 or higher preferred)
- Willingness to work overtime and respond to call-outs when required
