Position : Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist
Working Schedule : 9a-5p EST
Salary Range :$2000-$2500 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
About the Role
The Real Estate Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in identifying evaluating and securing properties that align with the company s investment strategy. This position involves prospecting for potential deals building relationships with property owners conducting due diligence and negotiating purchase agreements to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential real estate acquisition opportunities through various channels (networking cold calling market research and referrals).
- Analyze property values market trends and investment potential to determine viability and profitability.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners real estate agents and other industry professionals.
- Negotiate purchase terms and agreements in alignment with company goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads in Excel CRM systems
- Monitor market conditions and stay informed about real estate laws regulations and zoning requirements.
- Conduct initial seller outreach build rapport and assess deal potential
- Evaluate potential acquisition opportunities with attention to investment criteria
- Coordinate basic due diligence and hand over vetted leads for next steps
- Support market research and lead generation within target neighborhoods
Qualifications
- Proven 3 years of experience in real estate acquisitionsor sales position.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel (for lead tracking and pipeline organization) and Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Email Calendar)
- Cold calling software (e.g. Mojo Dialer CallTools)
- Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local real estate markets investment analysis and property valuation.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
- Valid real estate license (preferred may be required depending on state regulations).
