Auntie Annes & Cinnabon - Crew and Shift Lead - Briarwood Mall
We are currently hiring for both our Auntie Annes and Cinnabon location at Briarwood Mall
We Offer:
- $13.25-15.25/hour TIPS EARN UP TO $18.25/hour

CREW - Auntie Annes
Crew members are to strive to deliver a high quality experience on behalf of Auntie Annes Pretzels by prepping making and serving all of their products in an appropriate fashion while working together with other staff on other tasks.
- Responsible for prepping baking and serving pretzels as well as other products. Greets customers and takes orders in a friendly and efficient/accurate manner.
CREW - Cinnabon
Crew members are to strive to deliver a quality guest experience on behalf of Cinnabon by prepping making and serving their products in appropriate fashion while working together with other staff on other tasks.

- Responsible for the prepping baking and serving Cinnabons as well as other products.
- Responsible for greeting guests and taking orders in a friendly and accurately/efficient manner.
- Answering any questions about the products being served.
- Handling transactions appropriately.
- Responsible for a clean and safe workplace.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain stock and inventory.
SHIFT LEAD - Auntie Annes
The Shift Leads responsibility is to direct the operation of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve the highest standards of food quality service cleanliness and workplace safety within the Auntie Annes Pretzels.
The Shift Leads responsibility is to direct the operation of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve the highest standards of food quality service cleanliness and workplace safety within the Auntie Annes Pretzels.

- Monitors breaks overtime and scheduling for employees. Assist with training new employees.

The Shift Leads responsibility is to direct the operation of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve the highest standards of food quality service cleanliness and workplace safety within the Cinnabon.

- Responsible for prepping baking and serving pretzels and other products when needed.
- Monitoring breaks overtime and scheduling for employees.
- Help with taking orders if needed.
- Clean equipment and workplace.
- Assist with training new employees.
- Audit all necessary paperwork.
- In charge of any and all shift changes.
- Responsible for the employees doing the cash handling policies.
- Make notes for Daily Cash Report if store reached the daily goal.
- Encourage positive attitude and motivation with employees.
