Course Overview
Jump start your career with a Chick-fil-A Flemingtons 2-year Manager in Training will build on your education through a formal mentorship in our LEAD program providing you professional development entrepreneurial insights and practical working experience within a legacy brand. You will be challenged to manage people systems and processes in a fast-paced multi-million dollar business. At the conclusion of your MIT experience you will be equipped to pursue a career with Chick-fil-A or leverage your experience to launch a career outside of Chick-fil-A.
