Summary
The Guest Relations Specialist welcomes on-site visitors determines the nature of business and announces visitors to appropriate personnel as needed. The role of the Guest Relations Specialist is to also help guide the flow of traffic and make it a seamless process for the customer when entering the dispensary to shop. Multi-tasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. This role may require working in shifts; schedule flexibility is needed

Qualifications To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty

Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and regulations operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

Mathematical Skills Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate ratio and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.

Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations..

Computer Skills To perform this job successfully an individual should be proficient in basic computer skills.

Certificates Licenses Registrations
Must be 21 years of age or older.

Pay Range

$16.50/hour - $16.50/hour
