Voicemail (VVM) Trainer

Job Role:

Deliver expert-level training on Voicemail (VVM Visual Voicemail) systems focusing on architecture deployment configuration integration and advanced troubleshooting. Training should include real-world scenarios and lab-based exercises.

Key Skills:

• 10 years experience in Telecom VAS / Core Network with specialization in Voicemail systems
  

• Deep knowledge of VVM architecture protocols and workflows
  

• Expertise in integration with IMS MSC and messaging platforms
  

• Strong understanding of SIP RTP SS7 Diameter and VoIP
  

• Experience with mailbox provisioning storage management and feature enablement
  

• Knowledge of system monitoring fault management and performance optimization
  

• Ability to design and deliver customized training material and hands-on labs
  

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical audiences
