KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct Quality audits / Inspection Tests & Analysis of Quality of Milk & Milk Products.
- Implementation of SOP s & Adherence to ISO FSM Norms and documentation.
- Maintain guidelines for Plant Hygiene Cleanliness & Sanitation Practices.
- Strive towards Continual improvement (or) refinement for Quality Standards / Practices.
- Identify the competency levels of Quality Staff & Extend Training Program as per the schedule.
- Monitor maintain & update accurate data on time without any deviations.
Requirements
Qualification: / in Chemistry Dairy / Food Technology Agricultural Science/ with 8 to 10 years with relevant experience in Dairy Industry.

Overall Procurement & Inputs and farmer welfare activities. Identification of new milk shade areas and establishing / creating chilling units in the region. Responsible for day to day Operations of CC, MCU and BMCU and creating HPCs and MCCs by formatting milk routes within the specified region as per HFL SOPs. Responsible for implementing HFWA activities and facilitate financial assistance to the farmers through Banks & NBFCs to grounding milch animals. Promote good feeding practices through by promoting HNL products. Responsible for periodical MIS reports and adhere to Statutory, Audits, ISO & PEC compliances. Liaison with statutory, government, local authorities for necessary approvals and ensure to maintain records.
Education
Qualification: BVSc / Bachelor in Agricultural Science/Dairy Technology graduate with relevant experience in milk procurement for 15 years with good territory knowledge.
