Salary: AED 2000/month

Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified Facility Maintenance Technician (HVAC) to join a dynamic team in Dubai UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance within the manufacturing industry with strong technical skills and a sound understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems and related equipment

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in pneumatic and hydraulic systems

Read and interpret safety rules operating manuals and technical procedures

Ensure compliance with facility safety standards and maintenance protocols

Monitor system performance and conduct preventive maintenance
-
Respond quickly to equipment failures and minimize downtime

Maintain maintenance records and report operational issues promptly
Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems pneumatics and hydraulics

Ability to understand and apply technical instructions safety guidelines and schematics

Problem-solving skills and capacity to work under pressure

Physically fit safety-oriented and team-focused
