Were looking for an excellent Senior Strategist to join our marketing team and drive the direction of our brand and campaigns. This is a superb opportunity for a strategic thinker with a passion for creative excellence to make a significant impact in the fast-paced world of fintech.
As a key member of our Marketing Strategy team you will be the bridge between insight and action. You are a master of simplifying the complex skilled at taking ambiguous business problems or unclear data and translating it into a clear actionable path forward for creative teams. You will partner closely with our in-house teams and where necessary manage external creative agencies to guide creative development from concept to execution.
You will have a strong grasp of the modern media landscape understanding how brands show up effectively on platforms like Meta and TikTok in podcasts through PR and in collaboration with influencers and creators. This is a global role based in our London office where you will shape brand and performance marketing campaigns across the UK Europe the Americas and APAC. Your goal is to ensure our creative is not only brilliant but also solves specific business and communication challenges.
What youll be doing
Championing creative effectiveness: Being highly confident with numbers and analytics you will design and oversee creative testing in both pre-test and live environments (e.g. A/B testing) partnering with analysts to generate actionable learnings and optimise performance.
Ensuring strategic clarity: Helping teams diagnose and articulate the specific problems our marketing communications need to solve ensuring all creative work has a clear purpose.
Developing briefs: Authoring clear compelling creative briefs that inspire our in-house teams and external agencies to produce outstanding work.
Overseeing creative development & agency partners: Acting as the strategic guardian throughout the creative process ensuring the work remains on-brief and is tailored for the intended channel including managing relationships and workflows with external creative agencies when required.
Driving communications planning: Architecting the narrative for integrated campaigns across all touchpointsfrom TV and OOH to social channels like Meta and TikTok audio formats like podcasts and earned media through PR and creator partnerships.
Fostering collaboration: Building tight relationships with creative media and regional teams to ensure our strategies are brought to life effectively and consistently across all markets.
Qualifications :
What youll bring to the role
A proven track record as a marketing or brand strategist with experience in developing strategies for global brands (experience in Tech Finance or B2B is a plus).
Experience leading the development of brilliant creative work that delivers on clear business objectives.
Demonstrable experience managing creative agencies to deliver high-quality on-strategy work someone with a keen eye and opinion on creative.
Extensive experience writing insightful creative briefs and guiding creative development across a full mix of channels including brand advertising (TV/OOH) digital platforms (Meta TikTok) PR and influencer/creator marketing.
A high degree of confidence and experience with numbers analytics and campaign measurement. You must have hands-on experience with creative testing methodologies (e.g. pre-testing live A/B testing).
The ability to synthesise ambiguous data and complex information into simple powerful ideas and actionable plans.
A solid understanding of the full marketing funnel and how to develop creative strategies that drive commercial results at each stage.
Excellent collaboration and influencing skills with the ability to unite diverse teams around a single strategic vision.
The ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-moving environment.

Salary - 62K - 88K
