Salary: 28288.10 per year (15.06 per hour)
Shifts: MondayFriday 22:0006:00
At our York site home of Poppets and XXX Mints we produce some of the UKs most recognisable confectionery. Every role is key to keeping production on track and ensuring every product meets our high quality standards.
As a Night Production Operative youll work with our machinery and production processes to keep everything running efficiently overnight. Youll set up equipment monitor performance and make adjustments where needed. This is a hands-on role so youll be involved in troubleshooting and completing routine checks to make sure production and quality targets are met.

Qualifications :
We need people who can work well as part of a team stay focused in a busy environment and keep things moving through the night. Because the role is night-based living locally or having your own transport is helpful. Previous factory experience is an advantage but not essential we hire for potential and will provide full training.
