Laboratory Data Review Specialist, Eurofins Environment Testing Southwest, Calscience, Tustin, CA

Eurofins Environment Testing Southwest is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Review Specialist to ensure the accuracy and integrity of laboratory-generated data. This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance with Eurofins Quality Assurance programs and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Conduct second-level review of analytical data produced in the laboratory
• Validate data in accordance with SOPs and QA protocols
• Collaboration with bench-level chemists and department managers to resolve data discrepancies
• Ensure completeness correctness and compliance of laboratory documentation
• Maintain data integrity across various laboratory systems including LIMS and databases

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications:

• Familiarity with environmental testing methodologies
• Familiarity with analytical laboratory techniques
• Understanding of laboratory QA/QC standards
• Experience with LIMS spreadsheets and databases
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in Chemistry or related scientific field
• Prior laboratory and analytical experience preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
• Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement including the ability to read write and speak in English

Additional Information :

Compensation range: $18- $22 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

Position is Full-time and eligible for overtime pay

Candidate must be able to work Monday thru Friday 11:00am - 8:00pm plus overtime and weekends as needed
