The Senior Program Manager Learning Strategist will be a key member of the Global Business Organization (GBO) Programs Team. The team partners with the Managing Director for LinkedIns APAC business and will be partnering closely with other senior leaders in the APAC region. This position reports to the Director GBO Programs Team APAC. Some travel may be required (approximately 1-2 trips per quarter).
This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a new pilot program for LinkedIns Learning customers on the Learning Enterprise Program. The primary focus for the role will be to lead run and execute user-level campaigns and activation events to drive early and successful adoption of our Enterprise Program and serve as a partner and advisor for our customers learning and development (L&D) teams. The secondary focus will be to ensure the successful implementation of other regional strategic projects and initiatives.

Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
5 years of experience in any of the following: Learning & Development Customer Success Account Management/Sales Consulting Product Training and Enablement Program Management Project Management or Change Management
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to work independently and without much supervision
Persuasive communication skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience analyzing data trends and client information to identify product or growth opportunities in service of customer value
Experience working in complex matrixed organizations - proven track record of working effectively across all levels and functions of an organization
Experience working in a complex high-growth performance-focused environments
Experience in managing diverse direct/indirect teams to achieve common goals
Experience working with or in sales teams and customer success teams in SaaS businesses
Experience in working with senior stakeholders (Director) and influencing without authority
Attention to detail ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous workstreams
Experience with change management a plus
BA or BS degree. MBA or advanced degree PMP certification a plus
