Job Description
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Providing customer service to the highest standards responding to customers commercial and technical questions or delegating other types of queries to the right owner within the organization
- Identifying customer needs understanding medium sophisticated technical requirements collaborating closely with customers sales teams factories and other departments (as needed) and resolving the best solution to be offered
- Sizing and configuring the products according to the technical and commercial requirements such as specifications application fit documentation testing requirements target lead-time and budget
- Creating a quote in Oracle/ My Emerson assists with technical recommendations and submitting the proposal to customers on time technically and commercially accurate by offering the best solution
- Selecting the appropriate technical documentation
- Making sure Frame Agreements and Price Agreements are followed and specifying a delivery time for the selected products
- Verifying that purchase orders are in accordance with the technical proposal offer and commercial terms. Resolve any technical-related issues that may occur with the customer

For This Role You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering;
- Minimum of 1year of confirmed experience in engineering or similar technical positions;
- Proficiency in French language;
- Good knowledge of English language;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Relevant knowledge of the process industry;
- Knowledge in Oracle;
