Job Purpose
This role bridges the Supplier Engagement team and Operations focusing on post-input activities from retailers and vendors. Responsibilities include managing system changes resolving data issues tracking KPIs and supporting productivity initiatives. The role also involves analyzing and classifying large datasets and handling queries from quality checks.
Key Responsibilities
Retailer Engagement & Data Compliance
Support onboarding and data compliance with retailers
Monitor data quality and lead improvement initiatives
Handle large datasets across various formats including TLog
Maintain FTP/MFT setups and manage transactional data
System Change & Data Corrections
Plan and follow up on operational activities
Resolve MSD-related data issues and track tickets
Collaborate on system change testing and results
Stakeholder Communication & BAU Support
Act as SPOC for Ops and regional leadership
Provide updates on KPIs and productivity
Communicate with data providers on discrepancies store changes and missing data
Coordinate with Input/Output Ops for reissued data
Quality Assurance & Opportunity Identification
Conduct quality checks (eDive RAP scoring)
Address queries from data validations
Identify operational efficiency opportunities with retailers
Qualifications & Skills
Technical Skills
Strong Data Literacy (Python SQL additionally: FoxPro Unix cloud platforms - preferred to have)
Strong ETL and data transformation capabilities
Proficient in SAP FTP/MFT and/or large dataset handling
Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office Suite skills
Familiarity with POS supply chain and factory processes (preferred to have)
Professional Experience
Fluent in English and German (must have)
Masters degree or equivalent in statistics/data analytics (preferred to have)
3 years of relevant experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Flexibility to work across time zones and local holidays
