Job Summary
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Paper Cup Machine Operator with maintenance expertise to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating paper cup forming machines ensuring consistent product quality performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate paper cup forming machines according to daily production schedules
Monitor output to maintain product quality size and consistency
Adjust machine settings such as speed temperature and paper alignment as needed
Perform regular cleaning lubrication and preventive maintenance of machines
Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly
Replace worn or damaged components as required
Keep accurate records of production and maintenance activities
Adhere to safety guidelines and factory regulations at all times
Coordinate with supervisors and technicians for major repairs or operational issues
Assist in training new machine operators when required
Utilize computer skills including Excel for reporting and data entry
Maintain a strong commitment to work and production targets
Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience operating and maintaining paper cup forming machines
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of machine adjustments for different cup sizes and specifications
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
Basic computer proficiency including MS Excel
Ability to communicate clearly in English
Physically fit to handle machine operation tasks
Age: Under 40 years

Salary: 180 200 OMR (tax-free)
Working Hours: 10 hours per day
Weekly Day Off: 1 day
