- Oversee the migration of files from Windows File Servers to SharePoint Teams and OneDrive.
- Lead end-to-end migration processes ensuring data integrity security and minimal disruption to operations.
- Collaborate closely with both technical and non-technical teams to facilitate a smooth transition.
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders especially non-technical users during migration.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to align migration activities with cloud modernization goals.
- 10 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure and file server management.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Deep expertise in managing and maintaining Windows File Servers including Access Control Lists (ACLs) and Distributed File Shares.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Migration Toolkit SharePoint Online Microsoft Teams and OneDrive for Business.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to quickly identify and resolve migration-related issues.
- Ability to perform data analysis and mapping for smooth migration.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Execute complex migration projects with minimal supervision.
- Adapt to evolving project requirements and technical challenges.
- Translate technical processes into clear user-friendly guidance for non-technical teams.
