Were partnering with a leading oil & gas company seeking a Driller to operate drilling equipment monitor critical parameters and supervise drilling crew during operations. What Youll Do
Drilling Equipment Operation & Control
- Operate drilling equipment and controls with precision to ensure optimal drilling performance
- Monitor critical drilling parameters including weight on bit torque and pressure systems
- Execute drilling procedures according to established drilling programs and specifications
- Maintain drilling equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
Crew Supervision & Safety Leadership
- Supervise drilling crew during all drilling operations with focus on safety and efficiency
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Provide hands-on guidance and training to crew members during operations
- Lead by example in maintaining the highest safety standards on the drilling floor
Operations Monitoring & Reporting
- Report drilling progress operational issues and equipment performance to supervisory personnel
- Monitor drilling operations continuously to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate operational records and contribute to daily drilling reports
- Coordinate with drilling team to ensure seamless operations and communication flow
Equipment Maintenance & Compliance
- Perform routine maintenance and inspection of drilling equipment and systems
- Ensure all equipment operates within specified parameters and safety guidelines
- Implement preventive maintenance protocols to maximize equipment uptime
- Maintain compliance with all drilling procedures and industry standards

Requirements
Who You Are
- Bachelors degree in petrochemical Engineering or related field
- IWCF Level 3/4 certification with current validity demonstrating well control competency
- BOSIET/FOET (Basic/Further Offshore Emergency Training) certification
- Drilling operations certificate from recognized industry authority
- Equipment-specific training certificates for drilling systems and controls
What You Bring
- 5-8 years of comprehensive drilling experience in oil & gas operations
- Valid medical certificate demonstrating fitness for drilling operations
- Proven expertise in drilling equipment operation and parameter monitoring
- Strong leadership skills for crew supervision and safety management
- Technical knowledge of drilling systems equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills for reporting and crew coordination
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in challenging drilling environments
- Strong understanding of drilling procedures safety protocols and emergency response
