Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
Manage budgeting forecasting and financial analysis processes.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations industry standards and statutory reporting requirements.
Develop and implement effective internal control systems.
Review and reconcile accounts managing the general ledger and payroll functions.
Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Liaise with external auditors tax consultants and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field (Master s degree is an advantage).
Professional certification (ICAN ACCA or equivalent) is mandatory.
Minimum of 9 years of relevant accounting experience preferably in the construction or oil & gas industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles IFRS and regulatory compliance.
Proven leadership skills with experience supervising accounting teams.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
