We are hiring a Store Manager to lead operations sales and team management for our high-end jewellery boutique in Hyderabad. The role requires strong retail sales expertise leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional luxury customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Management
Achieve and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets
Drive conversion rates and average transaction value through upselling and cross-selling
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
Team Leadership & Training
Recruit train and manage store staff
Set performance goals provide regular feedback and coaching
Foster a customer-centric high-performance culture
Client Relationship Management
Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences
Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients
Manage follow-ups and personalized communication strategies
Store Operations & Merchandising
Ensure optimal store presentation and visual merchandising standards
Oversee inventory control stock replenishment and store maintenance
Coordinate with head office for promotions reporting and compliance
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in retail sales or store management
Jewellery luxury or fashion retail experience preferred
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team
Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in POS systems CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Fluent in English and local language (preferred)
