Job Description:
We are hiring a Store Manager to lead operations sales and team management for our high-end jewellery boutique in Hyderabad. The role requires strong retail sales expertise leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional luxury customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Management

  • Achieve and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets

  • Drive conversion rates and average transaction value through upselling and cross-selling

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities

Team Leadership & Training

  • Recruit train and manage store staff

  • Set performance goals provide regular feedback and coaching

  • Foster a customer-centric high-performance culture

Client Relationship Management

  • Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients

  • Manage follow-ups and personalized communication strategies

Store Operations & Merchandising

  • Ensure optimal store presentation and visual merchandising standards

  • Oversee inventory control stock replenishment and store maintenance

  • Coordinate with head office for promotions reporting and compliance



Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in retail sales or store management

  • Jewellery luxury or fashion retail experience preferred

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills

  • Proficient in POS systems CRM tools and Microsoft Office

  • Fluent in English and local language (preferred)

  • Highly organized self-motivated and results-oriented

Benefits

Salary: 35000/month Sales Commission

Qualifications & Skills: 1 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery or premium fashion/lifestyle brands Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of customer engagement and sales techniques Familiarity with billing systems and basic CRM or customer follow-up tools Well-groomed, presentable, and professional in appearance Basic knowledge of jewellery products and terminology is a plus Must be Fluent in English, Kannada and other regional language Ideal Candidate Attributes: Energetic, customer-focused, and result-driven Passionate about luxury products and exceptional service Works well in a boutique environment with individual attention to clients Interested in a long-term career in retail or the jewellery industry
