We are seeking a confident experienced Store Manager to lead the Rathfarnham store. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated retail leader who thrives in a 1:1 customer environment and is passionate about menswear personal styling and driving business performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a small dedicated team to deliver a personalised premium-level customer experience.
- Foster a service-driven culture where building client relationships and trust is at the heart of everything.
- Oversee all daily store operations including sales stock management visual merchandising and store standards.
- Drive sales through effective team leadership customer engagement and attention to detail.
- Train coach and develop team members to achieve individual and store KPIs.
- Handle customer issues professionally and efficiently ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain high visual standards ensuring the store reflects the brand s premium positioning.
- Monitor stock levels and liaise with buyers or owners on product performance and customer preferences.
- Report on store performance and contribute ideas to drive footfall and sales.
- Implementation and management of an online presence
What We re Looking For
- Proven retail management experience ideally in menswear fashion or a premium retail environment.
- A natural leader with the ability to motivate and develop a small team.
- Strong customer service ethos with a genuine passion for offering a personalised consultative service.
- Confident in driving performance and taking ownership of store results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organised self-motivated and commercially aware
