Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic talented and proactive individuals to join our Programme Integration team within Programme Advisory. Our growing team needs people with hands on experience working in a major project environment whether youre a champion of change a connoisseur of consents or a perfect PM wed love to hear from you about how you could help us to deliver tangible results for our clients.  

Programme Integration is at the heart of the Programme Advisory Team. We work across the entire development lifecycle providing a range of services to our clients including programme and portfolio set up and delivery transition management governance and assurance solutions and consents stakeholder and sponsorship management. Overnight stays at the job site may be required to support our Clients.

As part of the Programme Integration team your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Working as part of an integrated project team to ensure the delivery of key client deliverables  
  • Designing and facilitating client workshops and presentations 
  • Managing client relationships 
  • Identifying and realising business development opportunities 
  • Contributing towards the preparation of bid proposals
  • Supporting the selling of logistics opportunities and benefits to internal T&T account teams
  • Supporting internal initiatives within the Programme Advisory team such as the development of programme integration products and methodologies 
  • Mentoring and/or managing members of the Programme Advisory team 
  • Line managing junior staff (where applicable)
  • Providing strategic consultancy services to clients on logistics and supply chain management.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of innovative logistics strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Advising clients on best practices in logistics operations including transportation warehousing and distribution.
  • Conducting thorough analyses of clients logistics processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with clients and internal teams to design and implement customized logistics solutions.
  • Supporting the development of logistics-related proposals and presentations for clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and best practices to provide cutting-edge advice.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in logistics operations.
  • Supporting the development of an integrated best in class Construction / Logistics Delivery Planning service offer.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in logistics or supply chain management with a focus on consultancy and strategic roles.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics operations including transportation warehousing and distribution.
  • Experience working in or a familiarity with a consulting environment (other consultancies or as an internal consultant) or be able to demonstrate a consulting skillset 
  • A proven track record of delivering tangible results on across a range of projects adopting a nimble approach and a can-do attitude.  
  • Experience of programme and/or project management within a complex environment with multiple workstreams  
  • Experience of managing stakeholders within large and complex organisations 
  • Experience of designing and facilitating client workshops or the desire to learn. 
  • Experience of managing the production of high-quality deliverables within challenging timescales 
  • Experience developing productive working relationships and the ability to identify new business opportunities 
  • Experience in some/all of the following sectors: infrastructure transportation utilities defence natural resources and real estate 
  • Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
