Net Salary: 1400/month (German language) bonuses and benefits
Were seeking a native or C2-level German speaker with strong English (B2) skills to join our customer support team in Malta. You will help customers via phone email and chat ensuring excellent service and timely issue resolution.
Youll start with onsite training to immerse yourself in the company processes before transitioning to a hybrid model.
Provide customer support in German and English through various channels
Resolve customer issues following company guidelines and policies
Provide accurate and clear information about products and services
Record interactions and update customer profiles
Escalate complex cases when necessary
Maintain professionalism and empathy in all communications
Native/C2 German B2 English
Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
Ability to work rotational shifts between 07:00 Midnight
Computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems
Willingness to attend onsite training in Malta
Criminal record clearance OR two references from previous employers upon arrival in Malta (mandatory to start)
German starting gross salary: 1650/month
850 basic salary
600 language premium
200 level premium (Level 1 starter)
Career progression: Level premium increases as you move up:
Level 2: 250 premium Total 1900 gross/month
Level 3: 300 premium Total 1950 gross/month
Level 4: 375 premium Higher salary and responsibilities
Taxes: Social contributions are deducted only from the 850 basic salary; premiums are not subject to social contributions in Malta.
Government bonus: 130 gross paid quarterly (March June September December).

Possibility to relocate with partners/children (costs for relatives not covered)
No additional relocation package for candidates already in Malta
For candidates relocating from abroad:
Must arrive 7 days before start date to complete hiring documents
Must work onsite for at least 3 months (exceptions for those with housing and confirmed internet)
3 weeks accommodation in a hotel (candidate only; relatives at own cost)
Up to 300 relocation support (paid with first salary)
Flight reimbursement after probation (up to 200; only for the employee)
