We are currently looking for a new colleague to join our Project Management team for the position of Cost Manager. Do you have a technical education and practical experience Do you want to manage projects for renowned foreign and local investors Are you interested in the field of commercial real estate Then we are looking for you!
Join CBRE as a Construction Cost Management Consultant and manage cost control for a variety of commercial real estate projects. Youll oversee individual multi-disciplined projects for small to medium-sized clients with direct responsibility for delivering cost-effective solutions across offices industrial buildings and retail spaces.
Previous experience with cost management or budgeting or preparation in the field of building construction is preferable.
Job responsibilities:
* Creating cost estimates for projects of all types of commercial real estate
* Participation in all phases of the project of various types of buildings in terms of their preparation and implementation
* Cooperation in the preparation and evaluation of tenders for suppliers
* Independent price management of projects during the construction process
* Continuous cost reporting and direct communication with the end client throughout the project
* There will also be cooperation with other teams within the company
* Cooperation with other members of the cost management team on the ongoing creation of our price database
Qualifications :
* A university degree in construction is essential for this job
* At least 2 years of experience with cost management and/or budgeting or preparation in the field of civil engineering
* You are familiar with the bill of quantities and project documentation
* English at least at level B2 both written and spoken
* Czech language at level of native speaker
* You are excellent at MS Office and you are proficient in AutoCAD
* You are organized systematic and diligent
* You are positive and enjoy working both independently and in a team
