As a Solution Engineer your primary responsibility is to aid the customer to go live with our product by designing and implementing solutions that fit their needs. You will be responsible for managing the deployment project and supporting the customer success team with knowledge of the integrations.
What would you do
- Provide the client with detailed specifications for proposed solutions including time and scope involved and make sure the implementations and initiatives are deployed in a timely manner (Project management).
- Accompany the Customer Success team in the production stage and carry out practical demonstrations of proposed solutions.
- Configure the services test them and analyze metrics.
- Implement upsells and add new versions of the software when the clients are live.
- Improve documentation of the area.
Your experience has been shaped by
- Proven track record in a solution engineer role or customer support role.
- Previous experience integrating systems.
- Experience with software engineering customer experience and design architecture.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Software or engineering fields is preferred.
- Direct hands-on technical experience in a customer-facing role is a must.
- Strong background in using REST API Services.
- Familiarity with cloud based environments such as AWS.
- Familiarity constructing SQL queries and consulting SQL databases.
