Job Description
- Permanent part time role
- 15 hours p/w a maximum of 4.5 hours p/d between 9am - 4pm depending on rosters

Youll be responsible for supporting older people and people with disabilities remain living at home by providing domestic assistance in a respectful and client focussed manner.
What youll be doing:
- Domestic Assistance including house cleaning laundry bedlinen changing and shopping
assistance. - Undertake these tasks according to the service plan and Direct Care Procedure Manual.
- Utilise a mobile device (as provided by Council) to read and manage rosters review service plans and carry out other relevant communication.
- Monitor and report any concerns during service provision including concerns about the health safety environmental changes and wellbeing of a client
The skills and experience youll bring to the role:
- Desire to work in the community in a supportive and hands on role
- Good communication skills and demonstrated ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence and access to a reliable vehicle during business hours.
- Current and Valid Police and Working with Children Check
