Job Description

- Execute solution engineering tasks (code/configuration for partner onboarding).
- Address backlog of technical debt and small-to-medium development tasks.
- Fully integrate into the engineering team s processes (scrums sprint planning version control).
- Attend daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings.
- Maintain high code quality standards and minimize rework.
- Meet delivery estimates and sustain steady progress.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Ensure security by working exclusively with synthetic data in segregated environments.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other engineers.
Requisitos
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- At least 6 months of experience leading other engineers (mentor tech lead or similar leadership role).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong fundamentals in TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Experience with React or React Native and .
- Familiarity with GraphQL and AWS services (AppSync DynamoDB etc.).
- Ability to write clean maintainable code without generating technical debt.
- Capable of working with minimal oversight.
- Availability to collaborate with teams in Pacific Time (several overlapping hours).
