The Electro-Mechanical Technician Level 3 is responsible for the day-to-day troubleshooting and preventative/predictive maintenance. Acts as an Automatic Guided Vehicle (AGV) technician on all equipment installed at the Jonesboro AR site location. 2nd shift 10 pm 6:30 am; Sunday - Thursday. Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $28.00 to $33.50 an hour at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location education experience knowledge and skills

What You Will Do In This Role
As an Electro Mechanical AGV Technician you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our Automatic Guided Vehicles (AGVs) operate flawlessly. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Repairing and maintaining AGVs including calibrating sensors adjusting/replacing components lubricating parts and troubleshooting hydraulics.
- Completing preventative maintenance routines documentation and procedures.
- Using electrical test equipment to troubleshoot electrical circuitry ranging from 5V to 480V.
- Crafting and closing work orders in the asset management system accurately detailing labor hours equipment maintenance and parts used.
- Troubleshooting AGV problems and determining the resources needed to resolve them.
- Locating and tracking spare parts from inventory.
- Performing complex maintenance and equipment testing to ensure they meet specifications.
- Providing assistance in training customers to operate equipment.
- Responding to service calls to address equipment failures and faults.
- Identifying problems as they occur and taking appropriate steps to solve them.
What We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A High School diploma or equivalent experience is required. An Associates degree or vocational technical training is preferred. Specialized skill training/certification is also preferred.
- Demonstrated senior-level knowledge of a technical or specialty area.
- Proven experience in the area of responsibility with a successful track record in performing the key tasks listed above.
- Ability to maintain professional communications with onsite customer leadership Dematic leadership and technicians both via email and in person.
- Responsibility for leading projects teams and directing day-to-day operations and tasks for the onsite maintenance team.
- Physical capability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds regularly bend lift stretch and reach both below the waist and above the head.
- Ability to occasionally push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds.
- Capability to climb ladders and gangways safely and without limitation.
- Ability to work in different conditions: small spaces dust fumes hot/cold temperatures noise vibration standing on concrete wet surfaces.
