Creates and delivers high quality and engaging digital learning resources across multiple services and accounts

Responsibilities:
- Create engaging interactive digital and adaptive learning content aligned with project goals
- Work with SMEs to develop blended learning materials (videos webinars podcasts case studies scenarios etc.) while maintaining version control
- Use feedback data and new technologies to continuously improve quality efficiency and learner experience
- Keep stakeholders informed through regular progress updates and presentations
- Proactively identify and resolve issues during the development process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in graphic design and motion design including work with video and audio tools (experience in e-learning tools will be an asset)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (XD Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Acrobat)
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Very good English communication skills (B2/C1)
- Proactive self-motivated and able to deliver high-quality work on time
- Flexible and collaborative with a strong customer-focused approach
