Job Description
As a Safety Engineer for a prestigious Hyderabad project. Drive zero-incident site operations with a strong focus on working-at-height scaffolding & glazing safety.
Responsibilities
Implement and monitor site safety plan in compliance with statutory norms & client requirements.
Conduct daily safety inspections identify hazards and ensure corrective/preventive actions.
Enforce PPE compliance and safe practices during faade/glazing installation lifting operations working at heights and scaffolding activities.
Conduct toolbox talks safety training & awareness programs for workers & subcontractors.
Maintain safety records accident/incident reports and statutory compliance documentation.
Liaise with site management & client safety teams to address and resolve safety concerns.
Assist in emergency preparedness and first-aid arrangements at site.
Requirements
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Engineering with Safety Certification (NEBOSH/IOSH/ADIS or equivalent).
Experience: 36 years in construction safety preferably faade/glazing/high-rise projects.
Strong knowledge of working-at-height & scaffolding safety standards.
Excellent observation reporting and communication skills.
