Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Representative to join our dynamic this vital role you will be the first point of contact for our guests ensuring that they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service from the moment they arrive. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills and a positive attitude helping to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the front desk.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints professionally.
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role preferably in a hotel or front desk position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems and front-desk software; familiarity with hotel management systems is a bonus.
