Note:The qualified candidate for this position must have a J.D. and be licensed to practice law in Illinois(or awaiting Illinois bar results).

Job Description
We are seeking a motivatedReal Estate Attorneyto join our clients team in Chicago. This role is ideal for attorneys with experience in real estate transactions or litigation as well as recent law graduates awaiting bar results. You will manage a variety of real estate cases while working closely with clients and senior attorneys.
Responsibilities include:
- Handle residential and commercial real estate transactions from start to finish
- Draft review and negotiate contracts leases and closing documents
- Conduct title reviews and resolve related issues
- Advise clients on real estate matters compliance and dispute resolution
- Represent clients in real estate-related litigation when necessary
- Maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and follow-up
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Illinoisor awaiting Illinois bar results
- 05 years of real estate law experience (transactional or litigation)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Spanish language skills are a plus but not required
