As the Network Director for Early Childhood you will oversee the delivery of comprehensive Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) services within their assigned area. As part of the ECI management team you ensure efficient communication and workflows between the division and the Senior Director of Early Childhood. Your responsibilities include program development service monitoring and coordination within and outside the agency. You will collaborate with other System and Network Directors to ensure families receive all eligible services and facilitate both intra- and inter-division teaming. You will train and support staff to deliver individualized trauma-informed culturally and linguistically competent services based on evidence-based practices impacting children families and the community by ensuring effective intervention services.

Minimum Requirements: Masters Degree
Defined Education: Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Preferences: Spanish Speaking
Substitutions: None
Years Experience: Six (6) years
Defined Experience: Early Childhood Intervention or a speech therapy related field
License/Certifications: Current Texas Licensure as a Speech and Language Pathologist
Special Courses: None
Supervisory Experience: Three (3) years
