We are in need of a self-directed organized individual who takes pride in their work!
The perfect candidate will assist the intake department with administrative duties which include confirming admissions fielding incoming calls and date entry. including processing workflow duties as assigned.
Other duties such as scheduling and tracking client visits following up on external client appointments and needed documentation is a large portion of your day.
The candidate will also assist with the referral process of collecting and communicating referral information.
We will cross train to handle duties in other departments.
The applicant will report to and assist the Intake Manager as needed.
Position Qualifications
High Schoolgraduate or equivalent prefer previous experience in home care/medical office.
Must possess excellentcomputer skills clerical skills and organizational skills.
Demonstratesautonomy organization assertiveness flexibility and cooperation inperforming job responsibilities.
Prior experience in a medical office or intake department a bonus.
