ROLE SUMMARY
The Regional Intelligence Operations Senior Associate supports investigative efforts across the AMER region focusing on protecting the integrity of Pfizers medicines and ensuring patient safety. The position will report to the Vice President Global PIPS & Americas Region Lead and will work closely with Directors of Investigations Intelligence Leads and Global Threat Analysts to deliver actionable intelligence manage data and support strategic assessments that inform decision-making across the enterprise.
The role also includes supporting security-related investigations including those involving physical risk fraud and threats to Pfizers personnel assets and reputation. The Regional Intelligence Operations Senior Associate will contribute to a proactive intelligence function that leverages data technology and behavioral insights to identify and mitigate risks.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Include but are not limited to the following:
Assist in product integrity investigations involving counterfeit diverted or substandard products.
Support security investigations related to physical threats fraud and other vulnerabilities.
Contribute to case development through data analysis intelligence summaries and documentation.
Maintain and analyze structured datasets and dashboards to support investigative workflows.
Ensure data accuracy relevance and compliance with internal standards and privacy policies.
Maintain and enhance investigative databases case management systems and evidence tracking tools.
Identify opportunities to improve data workflows and intelligence gathering processes
Monitor and analyze threat intelligence from internal and external sources including Everbridge.
Support production of tactical operational and strategic assessments related to crime geopolitics and public safety.
Partner with Intelligence Leads to support integrated intelligence efforts.
Participate in internal and external briefings and contribute to risk mitigation strategies.
Engage in mentorship and training with Intelligence Leads and Directors of Investigations.
Learn investigative methodologies and intelligence frameworks.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Applicant must have a bachelors degree with at least 2 years of experience; OR an associates degree with 6 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of relevant experience.
Bachelors degree in Intelligence Studies Criminal Justice International Studies Psychology Political Science or related field.
1 years of experience in intelligence investigations or data analysis (internships or academic projects may qualify).
Familiarity with analytical platforms structured databases and visualization tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced global environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Multilingual communication skills are strongly preferred; ability to read and analyze foreign-language sources is a plus.

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
This is a site-based position located in New York.
Availability for select domestic travel and occasional international travel. Travel may necessitate weekend/evening travel.
Global Security is a 24/365/7 operation. While the typical work schedule is a standard 40-hour work week the 24-hour requirements of Global Security require the incumbent be available for after-hours and weekend work as needed.
