Are you passionate about marketing and looking for an opportunity to lead Bud Cross Ford is looking for a creative motivated and organized Marketing Director to help us grow our brand and reach new customers. Whether youve worked in the automotive space before or are ready to take your next big step we want to hear from you.
This is a hands-on role where youll have the chance to manage campaigns shape our digital presence and make a real impact.
What Youll Do:
Plan and manage marketing campaigns for vehicle sales service and dealership promotions.
Lead our digital marketing efforts including social media email SEO/SEM and web content.
Collaborate with sales and service teams to align marketing goals with dealership objectives.
Create content that reflects our brand and engages our local community.
Track performance data to understand whats working and where we can improve.
Help coordinate events and partnerships that increase brand visibility.
Manage relationships with vendors and keep marketing projects on track and on budget.
Were Looking For:
Comfortable with digital platforms like Google Ads Meta Business Suite or similar tools.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
A creative thinker whos also comfortable with numbers and analytics.
Someone who enjoys working in a team setting but can also take ownership of projects.
24 years of experience in marketing (agency retail or automotive preferred)
Nice to Have (But Not Required):
Experience in automotive retail or local marketing.
Familiarity with Canva Adobe Creative Suite or basic video editing.
Content creation experience (social posts short videos blogs etc.).
