Qualification - Any Graduate/Any Post Graduate
Exp - 10 - 15 years
Minimum 10-14 years of total experience relevant to this position including 5 years of project management experience.
Should have multiple HCM full lifecycle implementation experience with three end to end cloud implementations or 5 years of Oracle cloud experience
Should have exposure from requirement development / definition to functional solution
Functional expertise in various HCM modules
Good understanding of integrations and solutions in HCM projects.
Strong business writing skills and verbal communication.
Strong analytical abilities and exposure to quantitative project management including financials and metrics.
Navigate the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams and and lead open conversations with teams clients and stakeholders to build trust. Uphold the firms code of ethics and business conduct.
Strong people and team management experience

As part of the Business Application Consulting team you will lead Oracle Cloud HCM functional initiatives and manage client engagements. As a Manager you will supervise develop and coach teams m bo exceptional deliverables while navigating complex client needs and fostering meaningful relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Cloud HCM functional projects and client engagements
- Supervise and mentor team members to confirm quality deliverables
- Develop sturdy relationships with clients to understand their needs
- Navigate and address complex client requirements effectively
- Foster a collaborative team environment to enhance performance
- Confirm adherence to project timelines and quality standards
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation
- Utilize technology to streamline operations and enhance service delivery
What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 8 years of relevant experience in cloud HCM
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
