Your Tasks
You contribute to our strategic IT planning by working with business stakeholders to outline the essential IT components necessary for the successful implementation of new business initiatives.
You are the expert who turns high-level business initiatives into doable roadmaps breaking them down into tickets that our software engineers can dive into ensuring a smooth execution process.
Thanks to your holistic understanding of the product you prudently consolidate functional and non-functional requirements from business and risk stakeholders conveying a comprehensive product understanding and ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.
Being the go-to person for our engineersyou address product-related inquiries and make sure thattechnical and non-technical teams are on the same wavelength.
In the same vein you team up with Customer Journey Experts and foster cross-functional cooperations bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementation.
In the nitty-gritty of project detailsyou actively participate in refinement sessions with software engineers to ensure project goals and details are well-understood facilitating a collaborative development process.
You drive internal IT testing of newly developed and modified features including the creation of test documentation as well as support business departments during test execution.
Last but not least your data-driven insights including definition and tracking of relevant metrics offer valuable perspectives for our strategic objectives.
Your Profile
Degree in Computer Science Business Informatics or relevant experience
Deep understanding of REST APIs and ability to execute SQL statements against relational databases to verify system behaviour
Prior backend development experience is highly advantageous
Profound technical understanding and experience in building technology platforms in microservice-based environments
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies and proven ability to manage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Passion for user-centric design and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences
Keen understanding of market trends and emerging technologies in the financial services industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges effectively
Excellent English communication skills are essential proficiency in German is a plus
