Job Description
Description of the role:
As a Maintenance Technician at HW Management Inc. you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and upkeep of our facilities in Lexington KY.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting HVAC repair plumbing and electrical work
- Inspect facilities to identify maintenance needs
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests
- Do preventative maintenance quarterly on all rooms and public spaces.
- Keep maintenance logs and records
Requirements:
- Previous experience in maintenance or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Benefits:
- Compensation: $17.00 per hour paid bi-weekly
