Location: Cleveland OH (This is an on-site position. Candidates must work from our office location.)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: $40750 - $49860 per year
Receptionist Overview: As an Event Specialist you will play a pivotal role in the planning coordination and execution of memorable events that align with our organizations goals and objectives. This role offers the unique opportunity to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders and contribute to the overall success of our initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute a variety of events including corporate meetings conferences and promotional events.
- Develop event concepts and themes in alignment with the organizations vision and objectives.
- Coordinate and manage all logistics including venue selection catering transportation and accommodation.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and ensure effective communication across platforms.
- Monitor event budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors to optimize costs and ensure quality delivery.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success gather feedback and implement improvements in future events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Hospitality Event Management or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Event Specialist or similar role with a portfolio of successful events.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills capable of engaging diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and innovate across all events.
