IT SUPPORT ASSOCIATE $40000 - $50000/yr salaried Summary: Were seeking a responsible and customer-focused IT Support Associate to join our team. This role will work closely with the System Administrator and offers many opportunities for learning growth and hands-on experience across a wide range of technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Provide Tier 1 technical support for both Windows and macOS devices.
- Respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner via phone email or in-person.
- Set up configure and maintain desktops laptops and printers.
- Install upgrade and troubleshoot software applications.
- Support conference room technology VoIP phones and simple networking tasks.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support issues and resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the System Administrator as needed.
Required Qualifications: - 1-3 years of experience in an IT support role or equivalent education/training.
- Strong familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP DNS DHCP).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex topics in a clear concise manner to both technical and non-technical groups.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks independently.
Preferred Qualifications (not required): - Associate or bachelors degree in an IT-related field.
- CompTIA A Network or similar industry certifications.
