The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in identifying attracting engaging and hiring top-tier talent to support the firms strategic growth and culture. This individual will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for experienced hires and enhance the candidate experience while partnering closely with hiring managers and Talent leadership to build a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for experienced hires across departments including intake meetings job postings sourcing screening interviewing and offer management.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates using LinkedIn job boards networking and industry events.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide consultative support throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Provide support and assistance for campus recruiting efforts including career fairs internship programs and university partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field.
- 5 years of experience in talent acquisition preferably within public accounting or professional services.
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles including hard-to-fill positions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g. iCIMS Greenhouse Lever)
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance standards.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CPA firm structures and industry-specific talent needs.
- SHRM-CP PHR or related certification.
