Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic Telesales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. This full-time position is ideal for freshers ready to embark on a promising career path. The role revolves around leveraging telesales techniques to engage and manage potential and existing customers contributing to revenue generation.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce (Mandatory skill) to efficiently track customer interactions and sales performance.
  • Experience or knowledge in digital marketing (Mandatory skill) to enhance sales approaches and client engagement.
  • Ability to efficiently use lead generation tools to identify and pursue potential clients and sales opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation techniques for persuading potential clients and closing sales to achieve targets.
  • Skills in data analysis using tools like Excel and Tableau for better decision making and strategic planning.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes to handle corporate clients and large-scale sales negotiations efficiently.
  • Competence in B2C sales to manage individual consumer sales effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage large volumes of outbound and inbound calls to generate potential leads and follow up on sales prospects.
  • Identify customer needs clarify information and provide solutions or alternatives to generate sales.
  • Document customer details and sales opportunities using CRM systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential clients and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Keep up-to-date with products industry trends and competitors to provide informed recommendations to customers.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide feedback and insights to improve sales tactics and strategies.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives within given timeframes to contribute to the companys growth.
