$35.16 - $54.50 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidates expertise and years of experience among other factors.

Physical Therapist I - Outpatient- Chicago/North Suburbs

Position Highlights:

  • Position: Physical Therapist
  • Location: Skokie Gurnee Evanston Lincolnshire Vernon Hills Chicago
  • Full Time/Part Time: Full time

What you will do:

  • Provide evaluation treatment and follow-up services to physician-referred patients
  • Prepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations progress notes discharge summaries and billing

We accomplish this by utilizing our many specialized therapists who teach at local universities. They provide mentorship within our residency and fellowship programs. While our primary population of patients is orthopedic physical therapy we also offer Occupational and Speech services. We offer specialties in hand neuro vestibular pelvic health pediatrics and lymphedema.

What you will need:

  • License: Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of IL Education: Graduation from a program in physical therapy approved by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of The Medical Association or the American Physical Therapy Association or its educational equivalent or The Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the American Physical Therapy Association
  • Certification: CPR certification required
