We are seeking a proactive Sales Manager based in Istanbul Trkiye to drive leisure sales for Swisstel Living Bodrum. This role is responsible for increasing market presence in both domestic and international leisure segments generating new business opportunities and representing the property at key industry events. Regular travel to Bodrum is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-value leisure accounts in both domestic and international markets
- Identify approach and secure new business opportunities to increase market share
- Establish partnerships with luxury travel consortia and premium travel agencies
- Conduct regular sales calls client visits and networking activities in Istanbul and other key markets
- Represent the property at tourism fairs travel shows and luxury travel events
- Organize and host site inspections familiarization trips and special client events in Bodrum
- Work closely with the on-site Bodrum sales team to align strategies and ensure service excellence
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and account performance in CRM systems
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in luxury hospitality preferably within the leisure segment
- Strong existing network in local and/or international leisure markets
- Proven ability to proactively develop new business and close sales opportunities
- Professional level of English; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills
- Based in Istanbul with flexibility to travel regularly to Bodrum and other destinations
- Experience representing properties at international tourism fairs and industry events
- International work experience is highly preferred
- Bachelors degree in Tourism Business or related field
