Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. Higher Education Administration Business Communications or related discipline) 3 years of experience in operations project management enrollment services or a related administrative role Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines Strong communication and organizational skills Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Slate) and student information systems
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree in Higher Education Organizational Leadership or related field Experience working in higher education particularly in adult or non-traditional student services Familiarity with admissions and enrollment processes Experience liaising with external vendors or service providers Knowledge of FERPA and student data privacy standards Strong analytical and process improvement skills We seek creative adaptable staff who enjoy working in a university climate that promotes cultural diversity multicultural understanding and cultural fluency.
