The Field Superintendent is responsible for leading and overseeing project teams and field service operations ensuring quality standards project timelines and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership project management and technical expertise to maintain operational efficiency and support regional market growth.
Responsibilities
- Team & Project Management: Supervise multiple teams ensuring seamless project execution adherence to schedules and quality standards.
- Customer Relations: Serve as the primary contact for clients addressing concerns providing updates and identifying opportunities for service expansion.
- Field Operations & Service: Oversee service calls dispatch technicians per SLAs conduct site surveys and manage team schedules.
- Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot and service low-voltage systems including Security AV Access Control and Infrastructure Cabling.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project records review service notes and approve billings to ensure transparency.
- Safety & Compliance: Lead daily safety meetings and ensure adherence to company and industry safety standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify ways to improve field service operations and contribute to market expansion strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5 years in project supervision within AV Security Access Control and Infrastructure Cabling. Proven ability to manage teams and drive market growth.
- Skills: Strong leadership problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in reviewing blueprints and managing installations. Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools.
- Availability: Willingness to travel work overtime weekends and out-of-town assignments.
- Certifications or training in Lenel Genetec Software House Milestone and Avigilon are appreciated.
Additional Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Project).
- Valid drivers license (driving required).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
- First Aid CPR and OSHA certifications
Compensation & Benefits:
