Job Summary
1:1 Licensed Practical Nurse Ayer Shirley Regional School District is seeking a full-time 1:1 Licensed Practical Nurse to work at our middle school and perform nursing services necessary to ensure the health safety and access to curriculum of a medically complex student. General duties include but are not limited to: ongoing health assessment; medical treatment and health counseling; medication administration; development implementation and ongoing evaluation of individualized medication administration care plans and individualized health care plans; collaboration with other health care providers and school personnel regarding the health of the student assigned; providing emergency care to the assigned student; and supporting the maintenance of comprehensive school health records for the student assigned.
