Join the team of Maison Rouge Strasbourg an iconic Autograph Collection 5-star hotel combining historical charm with modern elegance ideally located in the heart of Strasbourg.

We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Revenue Manager to lead the revenue strategy and oversee the Reservations team (2 collaborators). Reporting directly to the General Manager you will be a key member of the Executive Committee and actively contribute to the hotels strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive pricing and revenue strategy through OneYield HPP & market analysis

Lead and coach the Reservations team ensuring operational excellence

Conduct weekly yield meetings and manage forecasting & reporting

Monitor e-distribution channels and digital visibility

Collaborate with Sales Marketing & Front Office teams

Member of the Executive Committee contributing to the hotels overall strategy

Profile:

Degree in hospitality business or revenue management

Minimum 2 years in a similar position ideally in the Marriott environment

Strong analytical and leadership skills

Fluent in French and English

Mastery of Excel Opera OneYield DataWeb
